Q: Some questions before I buy

I’m really untested in your tool. It looks really flexible and could replace multiple apps I currently use. Here are some questions:

1. Text editor: In my test “blog posts” board, I have a rich text field “blog content” but it is really basic - I can’t even add headings and the text box is too small for my 700+ word articles. Are you planning to update it?
2 Connections: in my “meetings” board, I have a connection field to the “tasks” board. A meeting can have multiple tasks but a task can only belong to one meeting - yet I still have a “meetings” tab for every task. Is there a way to configure the other side of the boards connection?
3. Just a suggestion: my current tool has an embed view to add external tools like whiteboards or Google docs. I would like to see this here too

A: Hi! Yes, OneDeck includes a built-in Timer field you can add to any board. It lets employees:
• Start/stop a live timer directly on a record
• Log time manually if needed
• Track total time per record

You can even bill clients based on tracked time by linking the timer to a budget field — perfect for hourly work or service billing.

A: Yes! OneDeck includes a Timeline view, which works similarly to Gantt charts. It lets you visually manage projects, tasks, and deadlines across time — perfect for planning and tracking progress.

You can adjust durations by dragging and switch between views anytime.
