Q: How can I increase the benefit of RMS for me as B2B company?

I love the tool, but I love my customers and their business too. But If I ask my customers for a google or Trustpilot review. My competitors see the review and will try to convice my customers to change their mind with promotions etc.

So how can I avoid this ? Any idea?

Does "ratemyservice" still require that customers who want to review my business on Google not only need to have a Google account, but also actively log in? If so, when and how exactly does the customer log in – after submitting their review via email or QR code, for example?

Regarding your question for Google My Business reviews, unfortunately it is impossible to leave a review on google without having a google account or being logged in because google needs to be able to authenticate the authenticity of the user leaving a review.
