Hi, Can I check the plan on fully customisable dashboard means the number of reports one can create for each plan? [E.g Tier 1 - 25 Customisable Dashboard meaning maximum of 25 Clients Reports?]
Also, I wanted to ask if there are any ways to input text within the report or dashboards that data is being pulled out? This is useful to help clients receiving the report to understand what the data meant from our explanation or analysis, which will really increase the value of the report being sent to them.
I see many reviews discussing how support is very bad. In fact I had this issue years ago when I tried to use the product. No answer for days. And people are saying it's now mainly AI. Is this true? Any plans to improve support.
