What’s the difference between user accounts (limited by tiers) and having multiple "brands" which are each linked to a unique email login within the same user account?
In usage, do the unique email logins allow for creating an isolated environment that could run completely separate businesses? Could each "brand" be allotted a certain number of email sends?
The email send allowance per tier, is that shared across the user accounts? Again, can each account be assigned a certain amount of emails they’re allowed to send?
A: Good question! Most SalesNexus customers use a User account for each brand. That allows you to have different on-going sequences sending emails from a specific email address (user). Regardless, the number emails you can send is a function of your Tier and is aggregated across all users/brands.

Each user logon has one email address. That email address can be changed at any time but, there's only one at a time. Yes, you can have dedicated specific sequences for each brand or sub-brand. Yes, each user logon has it's own login credentials. The email limits are per SalesNexus account, not per user.

And within that "user account" logon, there can be no other assigned logins for separate users within that account? So if multiple people are managing that one user account, each one will login with the same credentials?
I think I may have mislead you. Sorry about that! Each SalesNexus Account is it's own database on our server. By account, I mean the tier you choose and the associated database on our server. Each account may have multiple users, (1, 3, 5 or 20 depending on tier). Each user within that account has their own logon credentials and has their own email address for the purposes of sending out emails
Q: Future Plans For MLS Integration?
Is there a chance that you will be able to integrate with Real Estate MLS databases to make it easy to pull in listings for emailing to customers without needing to set up an entire email PER listing?
A: Great question! SalesNexus is available in the Zapier platform and many MLS systems and other real estate data services are available there as well so, plugging them into SalesNexus is easy.
Can you explain this? You can email me if it is easier. I have used Zapier for years and do not see any MLS in it. Thanks for the response. I would love to be able to make it work!
Q: Removing uploaded contacts
Hi Craig. Someone mentioned contacts, once uploaded to salesnexus, can not be removed? I find this hard to believe, but wanted to make sure and ask you?
A: Yes, there are multiple ways to remove contacts - you can delete contacts one at a time; you can lookup specific lists based on your own criteria, then delete that list; you can delete any list that you imported from a CSV or Excel file. Also, when a customer cancels their account, we automatically delete all customer data after 90 days. The customer obviously, can download a backup first.
Hi Craig, in response to a review, you mentioned "there are some known issues with 2FA in certain international locations." Could you specify which locations, and whether this will be resolved? I assume this is related to login security?
A: Thanks for your question! 2FA is used for logon/access security. It works in United States and Canada. We are working to add support for Europe, Australia and South America.
