I've purchased many AppSumo deals and usually hesitate to recommend software to others, but I can confidently say that this one is my best investment. It's created by sales experts for salespeople, which gives me great confidence in using and learning from it. This software not only provides sales professionals with a powerful CRM tool integrated with email marketing, calls, and more, but also offers extensive knowledge on how to do sales and marketing right.

I've opened it up a few times to test it and gone through the training videos. I appreciate the fact that you can customize practically everything to suit your workflow. Automated, multi-stage email campaigns, sales pipelines, contact categories and details, and more.

You're not locked into what the designers think you'll need; you can adapt it, then use those details to sort contacts into groups, and very specific criteria to send email campaigns (with good deliverability), viewing charts, and monitor your team's sales and follow-up actions, etc.

The data enrichment uses a top-of-the-line platform to complete your contacts' missing information (company, emails, phone numbers, social profiles, etc).

It's a complete CRM, Sales Pipeline, Team Management, and email sending platform.

I like it, and although it's not the prettiest and most polished interface, it works. If they'd polish it up and streamline the interface a bit, everyone would probably be raving with praise, because the functionality you're getting is fantastic.

As for me, as long as it works, and I know they're progressing with the UI, I'm happy for the deal we get.

I also appreciate the CEO's stance on privacy and ethics. They take it seriously.

SalesNexus is the fourth or fifth CRM we've purchased and hands down the best tool for our business requirements.

Craig is very proactive and shows interest in our use of the tool. He's followed up on several occasions to check on us going above and beyond the normal follow through with SaaS providers. And his team has been quick to support us.

The platform is to navigate and the RampedUp feature adds another element to account management.

If you're looking for a CRM right now, I'd highly recommend you grab this tool while it's available.

SalesNexus is absolutely incredible — exactly what we had been searching for in a CRM system. Honestly, I’m a little embarrassed we didn’t implement it sooner. Having used several other CRM platforms, I can confidently say this one takes the cake. There’s only one other system I know of that even comes close — but it comes with a hefty monthly price tag. SalesNexus gives me everything I need from that competitor, but without the outrageous ongoing fees.

It’s the perfect solution for anyone who prefers owning assets over piling on new liabilities. While there is a slight learning curve, Craig and his team offer excellent support, hosting live sessions twice a week to make sure no one gets stuck. On top of that, when I submitted a support ticket, they replied within the hour — every time — with helpful, supportive responses.

It genuinely feels like we’ve unlocked a new superpower. The possibilities are endless. Now, we can easily brainstorm and launch new campaigns daily, crafting and automating a variety of ‘touches’ through SalesNexus. This frees up our time to focus more on service and fulfillment, and less on the repetitive tasks of marketing and outreach.

If you're looking for an enterprise-grade CRM for a mixture of outbound and inbound sales, this is a system with enough features to run a professional salesteam with (not just account managers like some other CRMs).
