🛠️ What could be improved:
While the platform performs very well, the customization options could be more precise, intuitive, and comprehensive.
Most notably, the file upload screen lacks customization in key areas, which limits the branded experience at a crucial stage of user interaction.
It would also be fantastic to have more language options—or at least the ability to manually edit the interface for translation, making Sinosend even more global-ready.

Sinosend is a solid, professional, and practical solution for anyone who regularly shares large files and wants full control, branding, and tracking. It’s ideal for agencies, designers, sales teams, educators, or freelancers.

It's really fantastic as a wetransfer alternative. I wish it had more options, especially white label options. Currently it lets you set up a custom domain with CNAME which is great, but it still shows sinosend in a few places. I also wish I could set a default of giving me links instead of sending emails. I generally find it more convenient and would be better to have that option available.

Thanks for your reply. The whitelabel is solid in most places, but it still shows "Sinosend" in the browser tab name and the meta preview link/favicon when sharing in services like slack and teams. There may be some others but those are the ones I've noticed.

I don't need it to have my branding here. Maybe it could just say something like "Transfer from {Name}" or even "Your Transfer Download" or something.

I bought three Sinosend codes and deliberately and extensively used them before writing my review.
However, having used it for nearly six months, I have not encountered any issues. The only time I had to contact support was to request the activation of my CNAME, and Rishi promptly assisted.

I highly recommend Sinosend.

This software is really good for sharing large files that are too big for emails. I like that it has the option to email the person directly or share the link. It is good that you can remove the expiration of the link.

I would like more customisation on the download page but overall I am very happy with the product and will buy more codes before it leaves AppSumo. I have researched many similar products and this is more value for money as it is a lifetime deal instead of a monthly fee.

It is not clear if it is GDPR compliant which is something I am hoping it is (if not, please add this). Until then I will use it to send many files that do not have confidential information.

This is the best best alternative to Wetransfer. I am quite impressed with Sinosend as I have used it in transferring project files to my customers. I can received a noti when someone open/receive my files. In my most use case, this is the best and most convenient tools, I really love it, and an easy 5 tacos, Cheers ❤️
