Right now, all AI processing in Skarbe happens within secure cloud environments and none of your data is ever used for training AI models. We operate with strict privacy boundaries and comply with key frameworks like GDPR.
That said, we absolutely understand the need for even stricter setups, especially around...
1. Sending from multiple branded domains: Yes, you can connect multiple Gmail accounts (each tied to different branded domains). Each connected user can send emails from their respective domains. However, sending from multiple domains under one account is not supported yet — you'd need to connect each domain via separate Gmail accounts.
At the moment, Skarbe works with email, but SMS integration is in the plans. We know how important SMS can be for lead nurturing and will keep you posted as soon as it’s available!
We’re exploring integrations with platforms like Twilio and WhatsApp Business, depending on demand and use cases. If SMS nurturing is key for your process, feel free to share how you’d imagine it working — we’d love to hear more and prioritize accordingly.
In the meantime, you can still manually log key interactions with SMS leads and let Skarbe assist you.

Do you sync with Monday.com CRM? Also can I send proposals from this?
