1. What is the difference between saving and exporting leads? Do both consume credits? 2. Does anything else use credits? 2. Where do i see how many credits I get and how many I have used? And the date of reset? 4. Do I get 5000 credits for each lead gen technique, or 5000 divided by 3? 5. I see you integrate with Salesblink. Are you the same company? Should I use salesblink or smatleads for cold email? 6. To get the leads, do you scrape real time, or do you have an existing database?
Thanks for your reply. Regarding #3, so is there any way currently to know what I have left? On the profile page I see a count for saved leads, but as per your prior answer those do not use credits.

Q: Clarification of meaning of "email subscribers/leads"
Hello - I see that tier 2 has "10,000 email subscribers/leads". Tier 1 does not show that feature - does that mean there are no email addresses available for leads acquired in that tier? - Thanks.
To clarify, all leads across every tier—including Tier 1—come with email addresses. The key difference is that Tier 1 does not include access to the email sending feature. However, you will still receive leads complete with their email contact information.

Q: Is the app good to get leads in Brazil for a mentoring program?
I'm willing to buy it, but I'm wondering if it would be useful for my case. Is it useful to address people in linkedin who have graduated in a specific university and have a degree in a particular program in Brazil?
Thank you for your interest in SmatLeads. But it is more suitable for B2B leads and getting professionals but not best for filtering by the university that one attended

1. Saving and exporting leads do not consume credits. Credits are only used when you run a lead search (i.e., unlocking lead data).
2. Only lead searches consume your lead credits. Our Marvis AI writing assistant uses separate AI credits, not lead credits.
