Q: signed up for all $89 + 10 codes and have questions
I was looking for more granular control on what was offered to the accounts so I upgraded my 10 pack to the agency Pro for an additional $89 per month.
1. Nothing seems to have changed on my dashboard after the upgrade. so I paid the upgrade amount but then I'm not getting any of the additional functions. so it's like I didn't purchase anything.
2. when I click on help it goes to a 504 error page. so there seems to be no way to submit a ticket except here on appsumo. is appsumo serving as your help desk application
3. I assume that this upgrade would also give me access to the AI function, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Is that also an additional amount?

I signed up for maximum codes for white labeling but have concerns:
1. The AI upgrades require direct payment to Socialmonials, preventing true white labeling since billing remains within your platform.
2. I can't customize how many accounts each customer can access. Everyone gets everything, preventing me from selling tiered access levels. Are controls only available with the $190/month upgrade?
3. Your YouTube showed a unified social inbox which looked great, but I can't find it on the platform. Was this feature abandoned?
I planned to keep this long-term, but the inability to control access at account level is problematic. Without these customization options, white labeling functionality seems limited.

You would get the Business plan from the home page. To figure out what your limits will be after you stack the codes, each code adds 30 social profiles and 5000 monthly campaign entries. Each code also allows you to spin up a separate brand/client workspace to keep things separate but still share in the combined extra limits.
Q: x.com repost feature?
When I create a post for x.com, the Repost option disappears.
Does that mean Sociamonials does not support reposting for x.com?
