My favorite CRM of all time
I've tried so many that I lost count. They all sucked. This is the first one that really clicks for me. I love the concept so much that I'm going to go to a higher tier even though I don't really need to.
I was hesitant to try this one as I'm normally rolling my eyes each time I try one very soon after trying it. It's always overly complicated and not that much flexible.
What attracted me to Swipe One was the super simple Excel/Numbers like interface. It's so much simpler than traditional CRMs. Of course, you can click on a name, segment everything you want with tags, etc. The workflow builder is also very well made.
Of course, it's not perfect, it's a startup. But each time I had a hiccup or I wanted to contact the team, they were responsive and they were able to help me or fix things so that I could continue using the platform.
So why 5 stars even though it's not perfect? Well, nothing is ever perfect. Not even platforms or CRMs that have been in development for many years.
What I'll say is this : this platform is simple, works well, is getting better and better, is highly configurable while still having a good UX and UI and the team is intelligent, responsive and they really want to be the best. My guess is that they refuse to be #2, they really want to be #1 and are willing to work hard to be there.
Buying LTDs is a bit of a gamble, but if you do your research and go with your instincts, the risk is not that big. What I see in the future for Swipe One is a lot of people that will regret not having jumped on board when it was on AppSumo.

Buggy. Poor documentation. Slow support.
Been trying to implement this for a couple months.. nothing but one bug after another and support is both slow, and then comes back with no solution - just noting a bug is there and there is no option to resolve. No timeframe, no workarounds, etc.
I am not able to use this product, given the degree of existing bugs. Really feels like a beta product that is not being actively developed, and guessing my Tier 5 purchase will never be worth the cash paid for it.
Yet another AppSumo product that stops improving things / leaves the product not finished, after the AppSumo campaign ends. Souring me on AppSumo, and definitely on this company.

Jun 8, 2025Hi,
Sorry for the experience you have had.
We ship fast and yes, bugs happen. But we also fix them fast. Without knowing your specific issues, I cannot say for sure they have been already resolved.
However many issues reported from two months ago are. Check whats been fixed: https://roadmap.swipeone.com/t/updates-yvc5a
Many users on discord are actively acknowledging the fixes that we ship...

This is GREAT!
Really nice and easy to use CRM.
Support is really good as well, had to ask for their help a few times and they have came back to me quickly and thoroughly sorting the issues.
Really excited for the new features.
But this is a really good CRM.

Company has gone dark after end of AppSumo campaign
I'm starting to have doubts about my Tier 5 purchase and the refund button is ready at hand in case this trend continues.
The reason being Swipe One seems to have suddenly gone dark since their AppSumo campaign ended several weeks ago. It's like POOF, they've suddenly disappeared or gone quiet after collecting capital and customers here on AppSumo.
I'm subscribed on their marketing list but haven't seen any emails or updates on development, bug fixes and new features over the last month. Their social media channels are inactive and dead. And they seem uninterested in actively promoting their product beyond the AppSumo campaign, such as on YouTube and other review outlets.
I also see many questions (including mine) here on AppSumo being ignored or left unanswered. Many reliable companies I've seen continue to respond on AppSumo to interact with potential customers and support existing users, but unfortunately Swipe One doesn't seem to be one of them.
I still hold on to hope because I hear this company has a pretty solid track record (with Swipe Pages) and the founder Swami was genuine in his communication throughout the campaign, but going dark as soon as the campaign is over is never a great look in my opinion.
The end of their campaign should've marked the start of Swipe One's journey, not the end or a hiatus, whatever this is. Would've really liked to see several email updates, bug fixes and minor tweaks being pushed, and maybe an announcement or two of new features and roadmap updates they've worked on over the last month.
While Swipe One is still relatively new and unpolished, its a sleek and modern CRM with tons of potential. I sincerely hope that Swami and the company behind it won't botch this endeavor just because of poor communication practices. I hope they will turn things around and start communicating more proactively with us early investors, while continuing to grow further by marketing towards more potential customers.
For now I will leave a 2-Taco rating for the concerns above, but I'll be happy to update this as soon as I start seeing consistent activity with this product and its team.
[UPDATE - in response to Swami’s reply]
Thanks for the reply, Swami. I was indeed looking for activity here on AppSumo, and not on Discord. I do see now that Swipe One has been communicative on Discord and has continued to grow since the end of your previous campaign, and hence will up my review to 4-tacos. Saving that 1 last taco for the future (hopefully) :)
BUT - I would also like to emphasize that not everyone actively uses Discord and many Sumolings, including myself, continue to use the AppSumo platform even post-campaign as a way to reach out to the seller/developers, in public, for a quick question or concern.
Most sellers here know that, and continue to actively provide responses in the Q&A and Reviews sections, even after their campaign had ended.
I hope you can acknowledge this feedback and, going forward, continue to actively monitor any questions or concerns that are raised here on AppSumo after your campaign ends. It not only shows the purchaser, but potential buyers and the community as a whole, that you remain active and responsive to any queries related to the product regardless of when it was being sold.
There really shouldn’t be any reason or excuse NOT to remain active/responsive here after the campaign ends. It’s a Win-Win for everyone if you do.

Jun 8, 2025Hi,
I get why you think we've gone dark. You were looking for us on appsumo.
Its hard to actively support Q&As here when our campaign isn't live. But we definitely haven't disappeared.
We hve been sending product updates to all customers showing what we are shipping. We have pushed massive updates including a complete workflow builder redesign, AI agents, deal automations and more:...

Lots Missing including Support
I have no doubt this tool might get better as lot of people bought swipe pages and owner/ceo was committed. So hoping he is committed here to. Here is my honest review at the moment
- It is a basic tool. Features not upto the Mark
1) Campaign Emails to recipients other than gmail are going to SPAM
2) Filters can not be saved or Pinned. Segments can't be Pinned
3) Campaign emails can not be sent to individual Contacts
4) Bulk Operations are not available to contacts e.g. sending email, adding to list
5) Can not unsubscribe a single or multiple contacts
6) Even Imports field mapping some of the fields can't be mapped e.g. Notes, Lead Status
- Still team is behind schedule on Features they promised such Text Messaging Integration
- Support takes 1 day and sometimes even longer and sometimes no response
- No Onboarding call. You are left to understand the Tool and Features and what they are missing

Jun 8, 2025Hi,
Thanks for the specific feedback. Let me clarify whats actually available vs what's coming.
1. Email deliverability - this is usually about sender setup, not the platform. Happy to help diagnose your specific case. Your domain reputation, email content etc have a big role to play here.
2. Filters/segments - You can save filters as segments. That's what filtering is for. All segments are...
