In reading all the comments so far you've said that there is no access to the cPanel, which if I understand it means that I would need to continue to have an account with my current hosting provider in keep those email addresses or set up others in the future. I am actually moving away from WordPress, switching to content-first no-code builders such as Sheetany, but still have more WordPress websites to move, and this takes time. Depending on how things shake out, I might keep up a few WordPress websites. If I were to buy, say, tier 3, could I one day downgrade myself to tier 2 and then tier 1 and receive the $118 and $59 prices? Thank you kindly!
