Q: We need some explanation on limits

1) I saw this comment "There is no access to cPanel, but you can add subdomains (one per site).". Does that mean we ONLY can have 1 subdomain? That's bad. Not usable for 99% of users.
2) 20GB storage. Ok not much.
3) What is the bandwidth? Couldn't find answer.
4) Do you optimize websites? Somehow? Because most of the WP hosting do. For free if you are subscribed to any plan.
5) no CDN, no plan for it and you are based in Germany. How do you serve clients in Tokio?

Thanks

A: Thank you for your questions! Let me address each point:

1) The subdomain limit is one *per site* (and you can create multiple sites with this deal). We understand this may be a limitation for some users and have it on our roadmap to expand, but we can't guarantee a timeline. So if having more subdomains is critical to your workflow, this deal might not be the right fit.

Q: Viable alternative to hosting companies?

Hi Nick.
I host some sites on a mainstream hosting provider. Among other things, I use the cPanel to set up email addresses for my clients.

In reading all the comments so far you've said that there is no access to the cPanel, which if I understand it means that I would need to continue to have an account with my current hosting provider in keep those email addresses or set up others in the future. Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks for your time.

5) so the price renews each year depending on my appsumo plan right?
6) do you have a workspace so my clients can manage their websites by themselves?
7) does it auto-update WP plugins that I install on my site?

Q: Can we downgrade plans over time and receive pricing adjustments in line with offer?

Hello. I have an oddball question. I am actually moving away from WordPress, switching to content-first no-code builders such as Sheetany, but still have more WordPress websites to move, and this takes time. Depending on how things shake out, I might keep up a few WordPress websites. If I were to buy, say, tier 3, could I one day downgrade myself to tier 2 and then tier 1 and receive the $118 and $59 prices? Thank you kindly!

A: Thank you for your question! The tiers you purchase are valid for one year, so there’s no mid-year downgrading option. However, you can absolutely choose not to renew the same tier when the year ends. For example, if you buy Tier 3 now (which covers 9 sites), and in a year you only need it for 3 sites, you can simply renew at Tier 1 instead—at the same pricing and conditions you locked in with...

A: Thank you for your question!

1. You will be able to renew the deal indefinitely at the same (fantastic) conditions like you get here now on AppSumo (just directly with us, not via AppSumo).
2. Thank you, we'll check this.
3. Once the site is spun up, you can do everything you want with it (and give clients access as you please) or did I get this wrong? We can also discuss by email :) Please...
