Could you explain why I receive quadruple notifications at 6-minute, 4-minute, 2-minute, and 1-minute intervals? The email contained duplicate content, but it appeared frequently in my inbox. It wasn't like that before. Did you change the system?
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!
We haven’t made any recent changes to how rescheduling or reminder notifications are sent from TidyCal that would explain multiple emails being sent like that.
In many cases, when users experience duplicate or unusually frequent notifications, it turns out to be related to Gmail email forwarding rules.
Thank you for your email. Do you happen to use Outlook calendar? If so, sending update emails to all participants in the booking is not a TidyCal feature but an MS Office calendar feature, sadly.
The only way to stop that from happening is to switch over to the Gmail calendar as a primary calendar, because Gmail calendars do not send notifications to all meeting...
Thanks for reaching out and for the great question!
TidyCal works a bit differently than what you described with SavvyCal. Instead of relying on named events like "Office Hours" to define bookable times, TidyCal simply looks at your connected calendars and treats any "free" time as available for bookings, and any time marked as "busy" as unavailable.
The process of the email change is the same in every app we have, and you will have to confirm the change. Please take a look at the video guide below. https://youtu.be/SOiKq78Tc9k
Please clarify me about the agency plan. Can I use it for different clients around the world? Will each client have their own account to manage bookings?
The TidyCal Agency Plan was designed specifically to support teams within the same organization — meaning multiple team members can be managed under one agency owner, each with their own booking calendars and availability.
However, it's not intended for managing different clients or businesses under a single account. Each client would need to...

Q: annoying notifications
Hi,
The customer mentioned that they received 20 emails for their booking: 10 confirmation emails and 10 invitation emails.
Do you have a system in place to send only one email when multiple bookings are made?
If not, please let me know how to remove the invitation emails.
Thank you.

Q: availability based on timeslots in calendar?
I would love to switch to TidyCal - however i am missing a feature that makes savvycal stand out:
i can define blocks in my calendar and based on the Name free timeslots are defined.
Example: Event in Calendar "Office Hours" connected to a booking page that will only allow to book time within "Office Hours" timeslots.
Do you have this feature on the roadmap?
