Q: Why some users can access the application & others cannot using password sharing & access through TransChain
I have given access of my multiple Apps to my 4 VAs through TransferChain. Some can access a few of the Apps but others don't. As soon as they launch the app, App login page opens up & requires routine login, email & password. In email / password windows it does show the TransferChain logo but doesn't populate email or password. As soon as we enter email manually it required App password too. TransferChain opens a dropdown window stating "Relevant Items" and underneath states "Didn't match any items". Why it's not performing uniformly & reliably despite the fact all accounts & access were granted on same pattern at the same time. There definitely seems to be a bug & it seems TransferChain is not ready to function reliably. I would love to be corrected & update my remarks if the issues are resolved. Ther are no Videos or Tutorial either

Q: Can Google detect my password when typing from TransferChain and ask me to save and see Passwords inside Chrome?

Yes — each team member can import their existing passwords from Google Password Manager into TransferChain Pass.
All they need to do is export their passwords as a .csv file from Google Password Manager, then use the CSV import option within TransferChain Pass to bring everything over.

Q: Unable to add the user
Hi there,
I have been trying to add/invite a user but nothing is happening after sending the invite.
