Q: MFA and passkey

Is it possible to scan MFA codes via QR codes and then display or fill them in automatically?
Do you also offer support for passkeys?

A: Hi duduletsplay👋

There’s no such feature available at the moment — but MFA support is definitely on our roadmap.

That said, unlike some other password managers, we don’t plan to bundle it directly into the same app as your passwords. Why? Because doing so creates a potential single point of compromise: if someone gains access to your app, they would also have access to both your passwords...

Q: Individual plan

Hello,
This seems like a very promising password manager. I can see an individual plan scheduled for release later this year. Will there be a lifetime individual plan later on as I don't need the full functionality of a team plan.

Thank you

A: Hi jason2044,

Thank you for your interest!

We’re not planning to run a lifetime deal campaign for individual plans at the moment. However, we’ve included the Tier 1 plan in the LTD offering. The only difference is that Tier 1 includes 5 user slots, but otherwise, it has the same features as the individual plan.

Kind Regards,

Q: Will It be Easy to Export all my 1Password Login Data over to Your System?

I mean, it's that simple. I have over 200 logins, credit cards & passwords saved in my current 1Password system. Will it be pretty simple and quick for me to export these over? Thanks!!!

A: Hi Portrayal,

You can easily import your credentials from any password manager using a CSV file. We support standard formats and offer a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

You can upload up to 400 passwords at a time. Please note that credit card imports aren’t supported just yet—but we’re working on it and will include this feature in a future update.

Q: Are you also allowing to share OTPs?

Currently i am using Dashlane which also provides the option to share OTPs for login to other users.
Are you also providing this option? This would be a must have for us :)

A: Hi thomas2461,

It's not live yet. The current plan is to have OTP feature directly integrated into our mobile applications, therefore it will follow the release of our mobile applications for early access in Q3 & OTP feature together with the full public launch for mobile apps in Q4 this year. This will allow you to store and use one-time codes securely from within TransferChain Pass.

Q: Speed & Data Consistancy

Hello,

what is your plan to improve speed? I have been testing the app a little, currently I don't see myself using it because everything happens with delay, partly minutes delay, which is not feasible for me to use it.

I save a password, it doesn't show up in the browser extension. I also don't see it in the backend. After a while I see it in the backend, even alter I see it in the browser extension.

Small feature missing:

- Password generation history, super important to have a history of passwords generated.
- Can't edit folder names it seems (or can't figure out how to do it)
- Can't move items into folders after they have been created (or can't figure out how to do it)

Any plans on improving these things, if yes, how?

A: Hi oliver450,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — your experience should absolutely be seamless, without delays or inconsistencies.

We’ve recently rolled out some new features, and in certain cases, these may have caused delays depending on the browser and version being used. The good news is: we’re already on top of it. A new update is in the works that will eliminate any...
