what is your plan to improve speed? I have been testing the app a little, currently I don't see myself using it because everything happens with delay, partly minutes delay, which is not feasible for me to use it.
I save a password, it doesn't show up in the browser extension. I also don't see it in the backend. After a while I see it in the backend, even alter I see it in the browser extension.
Small feature missing:
- Password generation history, super important to have a history of passwords generated. - Can't edit folder names it seems (or can't figure out how to do it) - Can't move items into folders after they have been created (or can't figure out how to do it)
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — your experience should absolutely be seamless, without delays or inconsistencies.
We’ve recently rolled out some new features, and in certain cases, these may have caused delays depending on the browser and version being used. The good news is: we’re already on top of it. A new update is in the works that will eliminate any...
We want to provide staff with limited access to passwords (use but not view) But we also want to provide them with the ability to setup passwords for company usage. And when they setup any password, it needs to be saved in a company 'shared' directory/folder and not into a 'personal' area.
Is this possible with your limited roles? Thank you.
You can share passwords with limited access, allowing users to use them without being able to view them.
We currently offer a policy to disable password creation for specific users. However, there isn’t a policy yet to enforce password creation in company folders. That said, this feature is on our roadmap and will be added in the future.
Would splitting the data across multiple storage providers where each piece of data is necessary result in several different single points of failure? If even one storage provider is down, we can’t access our passwords.
That’s exactly why we care so much about redundancy. We don’t just pick any storage provider; we intentionally use hyperscalers (like AWS, Azure, etc.) with built-in redundancy and high-availability guarantees. These services are designed to withstand multiple internal failures and still serve your data reliably.

Any plans on improving these things, if yes, how?

Q: Mac users?
Are there any limitations for Apple Mac OS users? Specifically those using Safari on desktop? Or access via Safari on iPhones?
Is there Mac support for other browsers; ie. Chrome?
Thanks,
