The new updates (version) is AWFUL!!
Please bring back the old version or at least allow users to choose
Used to be able to create multiple pieces of content at once
Now have to do it manually, have to chat with a non helpful AI, before proceeding to select templates for each piece. And then still nothing useful got done.
In the past can just generate different content pieces for different platforms all at once after selecting and then modify from there

May 27, 2025Thank you for the feedback. People liked the old version for its speed, indeed, we got that feedback many times, and they hated it with passion for its quality. Fair to say we learned the hard way that quality tops everything else. Apologies that we can't bring the old version on an account basis. We have on our roadmap automated workflows, which will bring back the old the speed of unifire with...

So much work to do yourself
As I said, it requires a lot of work on your part. After uploading a lecture, AI asked me what it was about? Really! In castmagic AI got it and produced what was needed. Here, whatever I wantt to do I need to have a drawn out conversation with AI first. If that's the case, I may as well use any AI out there. Some of the links in the left side don't work. Write us a testimonial goes to a 500 page and review us goes to the home page. I am gonna refund!
"1 click tools produce generic output" - I don't think I suggested that I wanted a 1-click tool -so, easy on firing off! What I am averse to is having to work just as hard as if I didn't use AI and pay for the privilege. If the choice is to have a long conversation with AI to produce content, or write it yourself - as an expert, I'll just write it myself!

Apart from being incredibly rude and patronizing to customers, you are misrepresenting the product in your reply. "If asking the agent to "write a blog post" and telling it "I approve the outline" and waiting for 30 seconds is too much work, then Unifire is definitely not for you." - It doesn't work like that and you know it! There are multiple questions that your agent asks. But your patronising attitude shows that I am right to refund. Here's AIs opinion on your reply in case of any doubt!
"This statement does come across as quite rude, yes. Here's why:
The tone is dismissive and condescending - phrases like "if [basic task] is too much work" and "definitely not for you" create an exclusionary, almost mocking atmosphere. It suggests that users who might find the process cumbersome are somehow inadequate or lazy.
The statement also makes assumptions about why someone might have concerns with the workflow. Perhaps users have legitimate feedback about user experience, efficiency, or interface design rather than simply being unwilling to do "work."
A more professional and customer-focused approach might acknowledge that different users have different needs and preferences, or explain the benefits of the current process whilst remaining welcoming to feedback. The current phrasing risks alienating potential customers and sounds defensive rather than helpful.
So whilst the underlying message about product fit might be valid, the delivery is unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional."

1 click tools produce generic output. This is an agent, and it only writes human sounding content because you give it enough context, it's not everybody's cup of tea I can understand that.

Great!
This is truly a remarkable solution for many content-related tasks, and I understand why people are so enthusiastic about it.
I also want to give props to the support team: my experience with the team has been exceptionally positive.
I see a lot of potential for this service to grow.

Completely non-functional with zero support response
Tried testing Unifire.ai with just a few simple URLs. All of them have been stuck on “Processing” ever since (it's been a week), with no progress at all. The tool literally hasn’t moved past step one.
Contacted support twice. No response. Not even an acknowledgment.
This is supposed to be a content repurposing tool, but if it can’t even process a URL or provide basic support, it’s not usable in any real-world workflow. Very disappointing experience overall. Avoid until they fix both the platform and the silence from support.

Grow your brand and drive sales, leads, conversions – with impactful content that writes itself….
Yes, Unifire can help you achieve whatever it is that you want to achieve with content.
If you think you know Unifire, think again. I purchased Unifire in the last campaign and it did what it was supposed to do. The biggest value I got at the time from it was that I managed to cancel MindGrasp subscription because I could do with Unifire what MindGrasp did for me.
And then…. I forgot about Unifire because of nature of projects I was working on.
A couple of weeks ago, I went back in and initially got disappointed because the credit system seemed to have changed and I thought is it a bait & switch (but they didn't, more on this later). Little did I know that Unifire’s capabilities had transformed in the time I was out of touch. The chat agent is just mind-blowing. The workflow is so much better. I can add any uploaded videos with an @ and add to chat and ask it to create ANY content that I need. I am not just limited to the template I chose at the beginning, as was the case previously. The best part that I loved is that if you started chat with a file, you can add more files and the agent will provide answers from ALL the files. It almost becomes a collection as in IKI.ai. but with more precise answers.
Here is what I recently did. I started with a video, then half way through the chat, added another video and then another. Then I gave a prompt to the agent to write an eBook, which came out really nice. I kept changing my prompt until I got the output I really liked. I then exported the eBook into word, made a few edits, imported into Gamma and a beautiful detailed presentation was ready with beautiful copy, graphics and colours. All the core points from 3 videos were now in my presentation.
The key difference I noticed between ChatGPT and Unifire is that no matter how good the prompt is, ChatGPT’s output is generic, whereas with Unifire, when I feed videos or audios, the depth and breadth of content is just mind-blowing. I have also repurposed text with it.
As Gary Vee says, don’t create, document. I say don’t write, repurpose – from any source, any format (text, audio, or video) but make it your own (with custom prompts).
Try it, if you don’t like it, you can always refund. But it might be that you find the tool that ticks all the boxes for you. And what are those boxes? Without me naming any tools, Unifire can be your brand marketer, content generator, notes and flash card creator, ebook writer, lead magnet maker, social media post generator, LinkedIn post generator, AI chat with your videos, audios (after they are transcribed) and documents - bascially any use case you can think of. It has many pre-built templates that have pre-written prompts but you can create custom templates, and if you are still not happy with the generated output, you can tweak and reiterate in chat agent. The agnet could be more robust but it will get there. Oh and at Tier 3, I get 500,000 words generated, which is a fairer deal than my previous number of generations. In summary, I am fired up for Unifre. Keep it up team and let's keep developing Unifire into an even better, impactful content machine!
UPDATE:
About support. Since I started Unifire again in the last 2.5 weeks, I have messaged suport chat 6 times, and I received a detailed response and guidance from Yassine within 24 hours EVERYTIME. I am not sure what happened in case of another reviewer, but if the support continues as it has been my recent experience, Unifire surpasses almost all my AppSumo tools I actively use - and I have A LOT of them.
Update on Chat Agent:
This is the best workflow I have seen in any content generation tool. I can customise my content how I like. And I can keep adding previusly uploaded & transcribed content to enrich my content without using transcription credits. The more I use it, the more I am loving it. I found another review laughable where it called chat agent "too much work". This is the most powerful and unique feature of Unifire.
Keep it up Yassine and Max!
