Q: The Transcription minutes per month 1,200 means its will renew again to 1200 again?

1. is it will renew back to 1200 minutes on every month?
2. If this month i only used 200 minutes, will the balance 1000 minutes bring forward to next month? means next month will become 1200 + 1000 = 2200 minutes?
3. This is Lifetime Access to the same plan right? Example if i bought License Tier 2, then it will maintain License Tier 2 forever, correct?

A: 1. Yes, the 1,200 transcription minutes reset every month on the day you activated your license. For example, if you activated Tier 2 on June 26, your minutes will reset to 1,200 again on July 26.
2. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. So if you only used 200 minutes this month, next month you will still get 1,200 minutes, not 2,200.
3. Yes, this is a lifetime deal. If you...

Q: Is there an auto-translation available after the transcribing process? Is it in the roadmap?

I have a personal workflow that I use regularly. I record videos and speak in one language different than english and i need to add subtitles in English. I would like to know if your product already has the functionality to automatically perform translation into a specific language after the transcription is made. If this feature is not yet available, are there plans to include it in the future? Is it on your roadmap?

I know I can always download the .srt file and upload it to any large language model (LLM) for translation, but it would be ideal if this step were integrated into the product itself, as it would streamline my workflow.

A: Thanks for your message!
At the moment, UniScribe does not support automatic translation after transcription. However, this feature is already on our public roadmap. You can track its progress and vote to help us prioritize it here: https://trello.com/c/k4YB3co6

Q: Credit Consumption for YouTube Transcriptions?

Hi there, with the API I am now getting onboard. To calculate my needs:
1. Can I stack plans?
2. Since the YT Transcript Download is a free tool on the weh page:
2a) Will that be avaialble through the API as well?
2b) If 2a is true, will it consume credits & if yes: how many? (e.g.flatfee (regardsless of length)

Thanks for a quick response.

A: Thanks for your questions!
1. Stacking plans is not supported at the moment.
2. The YouTube transcription tool is not available through the API, and we don’t plan to support it in the upcoming API launch.

Q: Can UniScribe automatically be set to transcribe and summarize Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet meetings?

It looks like the major functionality is in uploading audio or video files and then getting the transcription done. What about real-time meeting transcriptions? And would I have to enable it every time for every meeting? Or can it be incorporated directly within an application like Zoom to automatically start transcribing once the meeting starts?

A: Thanks for the great question!

At the moment, UniScribe does not support real-time transcription or direct integration with platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. You would need to download the meeting’s audio or video file first and then upload it to UniScribe for transcription and summary.

Although this kind of integration is on our public roadmap, but it will still take some time...
