If I purchase tier7 before the price increase, will it include webinar registration? If not, will there be an option to pay extra for webinar registration when the price increases? Thanks for your answer.
A: I appreciate your question. We have responded to the same question several times. Since there is no option to add any add-ons to a lifetime deal, we decided to include the Webinar 500 with event registration on the Pro plan. If you purchase now, it will be included in all existing Pro plans. You can wait and make your purchase in two days.
Q: Hello, regarding "Screen & document sharing (currently not available on Mobile Apps)" Can you please clarify
Hello, regarding "Screen & document sharing (currently not available on Mobile Apps)" Can you please clarify if this is not available as a viewer/attendee or if this specific to the host? If its specific to the viewer/attendee would there be issues if they were to use a supported mobile browser? My use case, I need to share presentations, videos and my websites/LMS with my students (I am hoping this platform can be a good alternative for Sessions).
Currently, screen sharing is not available on the iOS app. While you can host meetings from a mobile device using the Android app, we don’t recommend it.
Why not host on a mobile device? 1. No screen sharing on IOS 2. Less stable connection 3. Small screen limits visibility 4. In coming calls, disconnect or interfere with the meetings 5. Faster battery drain
Pros: 1. Convenient on the go 2. Useful for quick check-ins
We recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience, especially if you need to present or manage participants.
Thank you for your reply. I understand that it's not recommended that the host use the mobile application. My concern is if an attendee or viewer is watching from a mobile device using the mobile application, will they be able to see what I am sharing properly? If not, would the application work in a mobile browser? About 70% of my students join my classes from mobile devices.
Q: Zoom comparison
I use video conferencing for sales. Meaning that I invite potential customers to the sales calls. How hard is it for them to access the meeting? Do I get a sharable link like Zoom? Do they need to download external stuff? Ease of access is a priority because I work with general contractors.
A: Thank you for your inquiry. You can schedule your meeting, invite participants, or share the meeting link; users can join by clicking on the link. The user can choose to download the app or join via a browser. NOTE: Not all browsers support WebRTC video conferencing; only Chrome and Edge are recommended.
It is unclear from the package on how many users you get with each code For example, for a business with 3 people how many codes would you need to hold 3 separate meetings at the same time?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. I don't understand what is causing the confusion; it is clearly stated under each plan: "1 host." All our plans include one host. If you want to add an additional host, please purchase licenses or codes. This is also clearly stated in the product description. Please note: concurrent meetings are not allowed.

Q: Evergreen webinars
I understand you don't have evergreen webinars today, but is it part of your roadmap?
Would it be included in the highest tier once delivered?
Thanks

Your response is kind of confusing. Just to be clear, how many users do we get with tier 7?

How many hosts are available in tier 7? Are additional hosts added to each tier or is there only one host no matter what tier we purchase?
