Q: My AppSumo Tier 3 account appears to have been deleted
I tried logging in today after a year or more and my account is gone. I had AppSumo Tier 3 plan and via emails had enabled SMTP and agency plan. I tried logging in today but instead of taking me to my account Acumbamail registered me as a new user. I logged in with the same email ID registered before. I have forwarded my last email transaction to Acumba support and hope my account with Agency / SMTP is restored soon as now I need to use it. Very surprised and disappointed that an account just gets deleted without any notice. Did Acoumbamail got bought out or did some migration? Anyways, AppSumo / Acumbamail support kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
Q: Image size best practices and Preference center customization
Hi, I have three questions and would really appreciate your help, as I haven’t received a reply through the contact form yet.
I’m having some trouble with images in Acumbamail. When the image is too small, white margins appear on both sides in the email. But when I use larger images, they take noticeably longer to load during tests. Could you please clarify the recommended image size in terms of DPI and file size (KB/MB)? I understand the width should be 600px, but would love more detailed guidance.
Second - Is it possible to customize the preference center for one of my accounts? Ideally, I’d like subscribers to choose which types of emails they want to receive and/or have the option to pause emails for 60–90 days instead of fully unsubscribing.
Also, can I dynamically pull email address from company website to add it to the footer?

Hello, I sent a campaign yesterday but it appears some emails were not delivered, yet they appear as such in my report. Notably my email and thay of 2 collaborators. None of us has received the emailing, yet we appear as delivered/unopened.
Could you explain me how’s that please ? Thank you.

Q: Different 'Reply-To' than 'From' address
I want to use a different 'Reply-To' address than the 'From' address.
Is that possible?
