I followed your instructions for setting up DKIM and DMARC, I got my webhost to make the settings... however when I verify in Antispam settings it says it cannot verify either. I am stuck and need to send a newsletter urgently. I sent you a message via your site, no answer, I then emailed to your support@acumbamail.com where I sent all of my cloudflare settings asking you to help point out what I need to do... I got an response from you just repeating your instructions... I have written 2 more emails asking you to help me... and so far no response. Please will you help me so I can get going and send my newsletter?

You need to select English in your account settings. If you can't find it, please, send us an email responding to your previous message and we'll help you.
You can't add your custom fonts to Acumbamail. You need to select one of our fonts because this way, we make sure that emails are correctly visualized everywhere.
Hello, there. Is anyone else having this issue? I got this product back in 2022 and still have been able to send my campaign, as they end up in the junk folders. I have been reporting this issue to the team, and they keep blaming it on xyz on my end, which I believed until I purchased a similar platform here in AppSumo. It worked out of the but, non of my emails ended in the junk folders, in my opinion Acumbamail is an excellent product but luck the quality in the DNS records, their completion gave me seven different DNS records to add on my end vs 2 or 3 records from Acumbamail, if no one is having this issue then no worries but if you are speak out as a constructive note so they can understand that their DNS records will need to be improve. Could you give me your thoughts? Thank you!
