My filesize limit is 1 GB, instead of 3 GB, as advertized. Why is that?
I purchased Tier 3, and as I understand it, the advertised filesize limit is 3 GB. But on the platform, I can only upload files up to 1 GB. The chat bot claims 1 GB is the limit for all tiers.
Why are common WordPress backup formats, like .wpress are not supported?
A: We are working on the limit increase option and it'll be accessible by the end of April latest. We just wanted to put this in the deal terms as to how much we will increase it to for each package.
For the file types, we initially used the most common types. We add more as we get requests from users. Would be best for things like this, to just ask to add this in the support chat or put it in...

Q: email editing, expiry date, quote attached
1. does the customer get an email confirmation upon purchasing from me? is it editable? Does it include an invoice receipt?
2. Can I put an expiry date on a Service? (i'd like to use it people booking themselves into an event, so I want it to expire when the event is over)
3. Can Quotes/ Proposals be sent from my gmail as an attachment? I don't want all my clients to have to create a login etc.

Apr 1, 2025A: 1. If they buy through stripe or PayPal they'll get an invoice. They get a email notification and we let users customize all the emails.
2. Not right now but you can add it to our roadmap. We will work on some service enhancements soon and maybe we can add this too
