How do we create invoices without going through the process of entering an Order ID?
This is odd, because to create an invoice, I must first create a service, then create an order for the service. Then create an invoice.
When I create an order, it automatically emails the client, even before I get to create the invoice with a button for Login. (Why should the client even get an email for this?) At this stage there isn't a login created nor even a real customer yet.
The whole process is convoluted, just to create an invoice. I can't be the only one that finds this odd. How are others getting around these emails going out, when setting up invoices?
I want to like this software, but this is a real problem, especially at $400 for white label. This should be more refined for that kind of money for independent business owners using this.
Is there a way to add "magic links" aka token-based authentication, so clients don't have to remember another login/pass. My Clients can easily remember their email, but as soon as you ask them for more than that, problems arise. Having them login to pay is another un-needed barrier towards getting paid.
To be GDPR compliant and use Agency Handy in Germany, you would have to include the imprint and the link to the privacy policy on the shared service url. And also a custom code for a cookie banner. Is that possible?
Would there be a chance to enhance / extend a bit the landing page design (header image,...) and also the signup and signin forms (colors,..) to make them more in line with our brands?
