Q: Conversation history

Is there a way for when new people are added to the anychat account as a team member to get access to the conversation history?

I want to add a new person to my team but their account has no context of what has been happening to support my team.

Q: Email Feature Questions

1. Does AnyChat’s email feature work with email forwarding into the inbox? Or is it only IMAP?

2. Is it planned to add email forwarding into Anychat? If so, any estimate on timing?

3. Once set up, what is the “from” and “reply-to” email address of emails sent out of Anychat to contacts?

4. What is the most convenient / effective support channel (for the Anychat team) on which to contact Anychat support?

Q: For agency (white labeled) - 1. How do i add facebook and google social login options for my agency clients?

2. For the addons, i have added enabled "Allow buy apart from plan". But is doesn't seem to be activated! For testing, i have created an account (agency client), the i bought one plan without the addons. But later i wanted to buy those addons i didn't bought. It doesn't seem to work on my side!
3. Is email verification after signup available for agency client? I didn't seem to find anything regarding this in docs.anychat.one
