To handle incoming emails, you'll need to configure an IMAP connection, while outgoing emails require an SMTP setup. The "from" address will be the one associated with your SMTP connection, and the "reply-to" address will correspond to your IMAP connection.

2. For the addons, i have added enabled "Allow buy apart from plan". But is doesn't seem to be activated! For testing, i have created an account (agency client), the i bought one plan without the addons. But later i wanted to buy those addons i didn't bought. It doesn't seem to work on my side! 3. Is email verification after signup available for agency client? I didn't seem to find anything regarding this in docs.anychat.one
6 codes was for an old plan. Appsumo description of features for each tier at the moment of your purchase is the only thing you should consider as updated "what you get" on any tool here. Hope it helps!

Is there a way for when new people are added to the anychat account as a team member to get access to the conversation history?
I want to add a new person to my team but their account has no context of what has been happening to support my team.
