Q: Constant Payment Overdie

Hello, I have a tier 1 and I keep seeing this on my dashboard:
Payment Overdue

We couldn't process your last payment. Please update your payment details to avoid service disruption. Manage Billing & Payment

Yet when I I go to billing it says I have tier 1 and it's paid, any workaround to this bug?

Q: Export Report ?

I have the plan 2 and would like to upgrade,
but I saw that there's no export for the report.
It wasn't planned for Q1.

A: Hi there! Absolutely — you can check your monthly visitors usage at any time by navigating to: Settings → Billing

There, you’ll find a usage bar that shows your current plan and how many visitors you've used so far. This should help you see if you're using the right plan or need to upgrade.

Native integration to ads platform.
I asked this Question approx 45 days ago. You said it will be live in 2 months.

A: Thanks so much for following up—and I totally appreciate you checking in again on this.

We did originally have Facebook CAPI and Google Ads Conversion API slated for release around this time, but our roadmap has shifted a bit based on evolving customer priorities. As a result, this feature is no longer locked into a specific release date.

A: Hi there! You have the option to upgrade your tier. AppSumo typically allows upgrades as long as the deal is still active. Just make sure to upgrade while the deal is live to avoid missing out.
