Q: Why am I not showing any results for AI when we show up in AI overview results?
We are showing up in Google AI overview for some keywords, but nothing is being reported on this platform. Am I experiencing a bug or another issue that can be fixed?
I'm a bit confused about how this product works. If a brand is treated like a keyword and you're asked for a website domain, why does it return unrelated keywords and brand names? At the moment, it feels a bit hit or miss—unless there's something I'm not quite understanding.
So as an example.
If my company and brand is called "Plumbing company London" this can also be a brand and a keyword. However, under visibility, it shows 100% when you click to view details, the "brand mentions" are nothing to do with my company I registered to track! Surely the software will match the brand name requested and domain name linked to this to show output as 100%; otherwise some other random company coming up cannot be considered 100% visibility.
Not sure if it's quite ready, so might refund unless somebody has an answer for this.

Q: Two Questions on the Offer
- Do you plan to offer an agency lifetime option? 10 sites are not enough for what we're doing. Or maybe even a BYOK option?
- Do you have plans to integrate with third party reporting tools like Google Looker Studio?
