Q: Is there a chance to get access to custom templates in lower tiers?
I am a one-man business and would love to use the template feature for summaries of customer meetings, for examples. But I don’t need 10 seats. Is there a chance to get access to templates earlier?
A: We just launched “Add-ons”. Starting with Custom Templates. This allows you to subscribe just to that feature without having to upgrade your complete plan.
Hi Yousef, I saw in one of your note you said invite users as Users & not Owner users. -If I have to give to my clients under whitelabel , how many clients can I have in Tier 5. Max 14 clients as Users (excl. me ) am I correct ? . -Also will each user get the Chatbot - Can I give the access to few users including the chat feature & then revoke the access to give it other if the limit is 14 ? Thinking if this will be useful for students temporarily - When you say we can use the webhooks, are you suggesting we can add it to any workflow ? - How will you sustain this unlimited recording & transcription for all plans ? I am looking for long term . Are you already profitable on MRR - Will you sign dpa if needed for privacy, if clients ask (HIPPA etc) - What number will show on the phone calls? Should I purchase a Number. No Nmbr is risky

Can I make calls from my cell phone through the web app or phone app? OR do i have to use the computer to get the AI phone calls transcribed
