Could you please clarify the Max Video Length for Tier-4 and Tier-5?
The deal terms show 30-minutes for both. But saw a comment that for Tier-4 it's only 15-minutes.

Was the max length for Tier-4 downgraded from the earlier terms?
Are there any other current and future downgrades that we should be aware of?

I’m exploring JoggAI for daily business content creation. Is it possible to combine both avatar and faceless (text/image/visual-based) segments in the same video?

For example, I want the avatar to explain the idea in parts, but in between, I’d like to show visual slides or infographics without the avatar, just with a voiceover or text. Is this supported?

Would love to know if this kind of hybrid storytelling format is possible.

Hi, I am thinking to buy Jogg ai, but I have heard that the lipsync is not at 2025 level (I tried it, and yes, the competitors have more realistic avatars) and there are some bugs. I also heard that you introduced some new features.

Right now I am hesitating, because the competitors have better lip sync which is important to me.

I think it would be more important to work on the core features and after that to add new features.

Otherwise the products seems good, that is why I spent time to comment.

So, my question would be, do you plan to work on lipsync and resolving bugs in the refund period (next 60 days)? If not, I think I wont buy the product, dont want to spend time with the refund. Doesnt make sense to buy a product which I wont use, because there are better alternatives.
