Hello,

as far as i know for tier5 JoggAI has 85 weekly credit max usage limit, BUT the account should allow to use 650credits each month ;;;

-> BUT now 85 credits x 4 weeks = 340 usable max credits monthly [Insted of 650, as it should be]

PLEASE FIX this and allow at least 200 Weekly credits , so we can efectively use our 650 credits in the account as weshould be able to do so.

Please let me know when will this be fixed, thank you!

Hi, I have a few questions:
1. Is it possible to customize the look of the templates? Let's say I want to edit the font types or text sizes, add headlines or move the position of the captions, is that possible?
2. Is Jogg.ai suitable for creating tutorials of software products? Like capturing the screen and adding AI avatars on top of it?
3. Some of the AI avatars and AI voices still sound a bit robotic. Will AppSumo buyers receive future updates for improved avatars and voices as well?

Could you please clarify the Max Video Length for Tier-4 and Tier-5?
The deal terms show 30-minutes for both. But saw a comment that for Tier-4 it's only 15-minutes.

Was the max length for Tier-4 downgraded from the earlier terms?
Are there any other current and future downgrades that we should be aware of?
