Now that the chatbot dialogue interface already supports clickable URLs that can open web pages, we would like to enable image display in the chatbot conversation window as well. Specifically, when a user asks a question, we want the AI chatbot to respond with text, images, URL links, etc., based on the content in its knowledge base.
Alright, I’ll add this to the roadmap, but it’s truly a big technical challenge. I know it may seem simple at first glance, but the real challenge lies not in the text or content itself, but in the media previewing! It will be a significant technical task.

-Why are you limiting knowledge uploads? Space it cheap. How many files can 20mb even store? Seems floppy disk low.
-What does "10 of 20 MB per assistant" even mean?
-I dont want the video bot, at least right now. Can I just upload custom knowledge, train it and display it as an traditional AI Text Chat Bot only that gives accurate answers for my specific business? Or does it HAVE to be a video bot?
-Can you make the bot respond with images, gifs, pdf downloads, video embeds, links, etc inside the chats?
-Can you make it NOT use the AI voice feature? Just text.
-I see on your site theres a page for a Stripe payment integration. That sounds intresting. I assume thats included on the AppSumo deals here?

Yes, this is possible 🙂. 👉 You have an option that allows you to open the chatbot by default, and there is also another option to open the chat in fullscreen. You can then add your chatbot to a simple HTML page, which will be sufficient.
In the Integration page, you will find a tutorial that will guide you on how to embed the chatbot into an HTML page.
