Q: Unlocking the other 50% of the LouiseBot basic features (2/2)

It also says "Win these additional features" - If we spend all this time leaving all 4 of the reviews, do we then actually *get* the additional features right then, or do we *get the chance* to maybe win them at some point?

Is it guaranteed to unlock everything, or is it a winnable contest that we may or may not win?

("Win" is a pretty poor choice of wording for this)

Also what are all the actual "Additional Features"? I keep finding more & more hidden away deep in the settings that need to be unlocked as well.

All these unlockable features should be clearly listed on the rewards page

And since we're going the ViralLoops route, there should be an additional bonus thing where we can get 250 or more extra chats per month. So it's at least a nice even 500, 1000, or 1750

At least make them cooler rewards. Not just basic features

Q: Really making us pay for a product, then we have to do all this extra work, just to unlock 50% of the features?

Testing this out & Im surprised you're locking us out of the most basic features right from the start. I get you have to grow your business & think long term, but wow. This is a new one

We cant even insert a delay, add a file uploader or notify ourselves via email without leaving you guys reviews on 4 different platforms? Aren't those features pretty standard these days

Really making us pay for a product, then 2 seconds later we have to create 4 different accounts & do all this extra work, just to unlock the other 50% of the features straight out of the gate before I even launch a simple chatbot?

I mean what's next? "To use a custom color-scheme for your bot please signup for Yelp & spend 16 minutes leaving a review & screenshotting & submitting it to us & wait for us to review it, then well unlock the color picker feature for you" lol

Hello Support Team,

1.) Great product! Do you have templates or boys that can be leveraged if we don't want to record videos ourselves? If so, can you provide a training video link or instructions on how this process works?

2.) Can prerecorded videos be used to provide customers information on your platform?

3.) Is there an option to upload a script that can be used with your software to create videos?

4.)Can other software be integrated into your software to create customize videos?

Q: This versus FacePop

Hmmm, undecided. I like what I see but I think the integrations part is better on FacePop?

I could be wrong but I really have no clue what your restrictions mean. All I see in Facepop is a lot of UMLIMITED

So even taking your Tier3 is capped at what appears to be low volumes.

I also am totally confused what the 100Mb bit is and how that works.

Is there an explanatory guide of what your model and its limits mean?

Let me give you an example confusion.

Max Videos per bot - Unlimited but then you say Pop-up video chatbots (live) - 50

What are AI-based assistants (live) - 10 ???

Knowledge files - 20 of 100 MB per assistant - does this relate to the AI based assistants? This is super confusing what it means. And if it is what I think it is, e.g. space used for documents uploaded for the AI to learn from - these seem low

You're right, FacePop is indeed an alternative to LouiseBot’s VideoBots. That said, LouiseBot also lets you work with variables, send custom messages, and take advantage of some other advanced features. The core comparison between LouiseBot and FacePop makes sense when it comes to VideoBots, and there are alternative products that focus specifically on this feature of LouiseBot.

However, LouiseBot is more than just a video chatbot tool, it’s a multibot platform. That means you can build not only interactive and flexible VideoBots, but also scenario-based chatbots, and AI-powered chatbots, with or without your own knowledge base.

Let me go over your other questions one by one:

👉 Up to 50 VideoBots with your Tier 3 plan
Each VideoBot can contain an unlimited number of videos. The way it works is that a VideoBot is a sequence of videos, with interactive buttons in between. So you can add as many videos as you need to build the user experience you want.

👉 The "20 files of 100 MB per assistant" limit
This means that each AI chatbot with a knowledge base can include up to 20 files, and each file can be up to 100 MB. That’s actually quite generous, for example, a 100MB PDF is already a large document, and you can upload 20 of those per AI chatbot.

👉 With your Tier 3 plan:
- You can create up to 5 AI chatbots WITH a knowledge base
- Up to 10 AI-ready chatbots (without a knowledge base)
- You can have up to 10 AI chatbots active at the same time

📌 Just to clarify:
In LouiseBot, an "AI chatbot" can be:
- An AI chatbot Ready to use (no knowledge base)
- An AI chatbot with knowledge
- A SiteScan chatbot

And when we talk about "live", we’re referring to the number of AI chatbots you can activate simultaneously in your LouiseBot Interface.
