One of the issue I have with Mac QuickTime recording when I do screen recording of videos playing on Mac with it is it records both the MacBook video sounds as well as external noises through the Mac speaker. Does your tool allow recording on only the sound of the video playing and not the external noises like people speaking around me when I am screen recording? Secondly do you have an iPad version of your software which I can screen record on an iPad? These two will determine if I can buy it.

Q: Double video appearing
I purchased this a few months back, and I noticed when I have the web camera on plus screen capture, and I decide to move the location of my laptop camera capture, there is a duplicate of the camera recording my face that I can't get rid of.... Is there a way to delete the duplicate camera view without cutting out the audio? or is there a setting that is causing my laptop camera to show up twice?
A: There is an option to set the recording time. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Set your limit time in the new window: https://www.screentovideo.com/user/recordingtime.jpg If everything is correctly set, the timer button will be highlighted.

I've sent a couple of emails previously but they have gone unanswered, so I will post my questions here as your support page is inactive. (I've not heard back regarding my pre-purchase question's, so I went ahead and ordered anyhow, and now, I've not heard back regarding my post-purchase questions)
I just purchased this software and so far it looks quite impressive. I have used and purchased Bandicam, Icecream Screen Recorder and even Camtasia.
This one has a lot of great features, but still missing a few to make it even better.
I can not find any way to crop videos or images. I would have thought this would have been a very basic function for this type of software. This is a "deal breaker" as without the ability to crop, it's not worth having. Am I missing something obvious?
ScreenToVideo does not have a separated option for cropping, but you can use the `Zoom & Pan` tool to get the same effect. For more details, please check the following demo: https://screentovideo.com/user/crop.mp4.
However, based on your suggestion, we will add a simpler tool for this option along with a hotkey in one of the following versions.
