Q: Inquiry regarding your database for product data automation
i need a table with over 100 columns This corresponds to a table with over 100 uniquely named columns. In n8n, I would use many specific AI agents, each optimised for populating a specific field. The workflows should ensure that the product data in the database is continuously updated and new products are added. Now to my specific questions regarding your database:
Do I understand correctly that the maximum size of a table is limited to 15,000 rows (which would theoretically correspond to a restriction of 14,999 products)? Are there restrictions regarding the number or frequency of updates to the data in the database? I am unsure what exactly the term "Stack" means in your context. Could you please explain this?
Dear Rachit, Would we be able to build a manufacturing App with Stackby?
We would like to build with Stackby a simple manufacturing & stock app integrating with QuickBooks. 1. It will manage perfume production (3 variations differing by fragrance, sticker, box). 2. The app needs a 'Stock List' (raw materials/components), 'Bill of Materials' (per product), and 'Product list' (finished goods). 3. Key actions: 'manufacturing' (updates stock based on BOM), 'goods-in' (updates raw material stock), and 'goods-out' (updates finished product stock). 4. Interfaces: goods-in/out (with history), manufacturing (with history), and stock overview. 5. QuickBooks integration: sync stock and product quantities, and goods-in/out.
Q: Data management, automations and the short and medium-term future.
Hi, I saw your roadmap, you are planning unique and only output integrations with some external platforms. Airtable has been offering bidirectional integrations for a long time, with 4-5-6 or more automations per platform. Many automation platforms have been talking about agents, AI multi-agents and MCP automations for a long time. Companies that operate in data management and processing are proposing many innovations, quickly and without stopping. Have you planned development and automation plans to keep up with the proposals of other companies, which are trying, in every way, to quickly conquer and expand their market, with innovation? Thank you.
We are continuously building more integrations with 3rd party services natively in the platform via our automations and sync modules. We just released Incoming webhooks last month.
Also, we're launching with AI field soon and AI powered databases, where with a prompt you can directly generate your own database. As far as agents are concerned, our team is on it and we can already...
OK. Thanks for the reply. Evolution has become increasingly faster, We will soon see whether it will be good or bad. To keep up with evolution requires a lot of effort, work, energy, ability and many human, instrumental and economic resources.
Q: Stackby as a headless CMS?
It seems that Stackby has a Developer API, which would mean it might be able to be used as a 'data store' or 'headless CMS' for a frontend website/web app. Is that correct? If that is the case, are there any limitations? - eg., is the API capable of accessing all functions, including querying and updating data? Is there a limit on the number of API calls?
I wanted to check your Developer API documentation, but at the moment the link you have on your site's footer is giving a '404' error...
Q: WooCommerce Integration?
Your website mentions a WooCommerce integration but I can't find it.
Is it already live or on your roadmap? I can see the Shopify integration.

Do you think this would be feasible?
Many thanks for clarifying.
