Hi, is the WooCommerce integration similar to the Shopify ”App" of yours?
I can't find any info (not in Docs or website) why these are named differently (one is an "App", the other isn't), but I'm suggesting the Woo extension (or whatever you want to call it idk) can't read e.q. customer order data, shipping info, etc? Am I correct?
I confirm it is possible. Human takeover works like by default. You can manually add images, as a link, as an image attachment (via Q&A), via rich message
Q: Can we create simple Q&A chatbots without using AI?
Some of my chatbot projects don't require AI and only need basic Q&A. Can I do this with Support Board? Or is AI required to create a chatbot in Support Board?
How many apps (Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) can we connect? Are we limited to one each? Or we can connect mulitple accounts for each? Like 3 under Messenger, 2 under Whatsapp, 3 under Viber, 2 under Telegram, etc.

My Facebook Page Messenger keeps one disconnecting almost other day. is the something we have to do almost every other day?

how can we keep multiple Facebook Page Messenger Synchronize, since each Facepage associated with different Facebook profile and have separate login info, it seems we disconnect all other Facebook page when I Synchronize except for the one we are trying to sync.

I confirm the WooCommerce integration can read customer order data, shipping info, etc. Check https://board.support/woocommerce
The AppSumo version(cloud) is not compatible with it, you need the WP version instead.

Can the word "Human" trigger the chatbot to stop answering allowing a human to takeover?
