I'm just starting to use this tool, but it seems that it's going to be VERY helpful to me. One comment - it would be AMAZING if we could sort by task due date or name.. otherwise, my testing is going very well and I hope to fully integrate this into our processes the next month.

I love upbase
Get Upbase. I love Upbase since a week even privately. It has been a real game changer for us with my brother-in-law who is living in Canada, me and my husband who are living in Germany when my mother-in-law who is of dual nationality German and British and died on the 26th of April. Immediately, I was able to organise all the to-dos in lists, create a table in the docs section with all the addresses that had and have to be contacted, e.g. private and business like pension funds of Germany and the UK, upload files like birth and death certificates of my mother-in-law and her spouse and kept my brother-in-law updated until he came over to Germany and still keep both brothers updated with their to-dos until now, including a link with the costs which I created today and when the funeral will take place on Tuesday we will be ready, and when my brother-in-law flies back to Canada he will be able to add the steps he will need to take for British pension and will be able to see how we get on with the banks and the pensions in Germany, etc.
I am really grateful that I bought this app. It made the co-ordination in such a stressful time a lot easier.

Fantastic Project Management Tool
I've tried so many PM tools in the past, but nothing that really fit with the way I work. Upbase is the closest to perfect as I've found. The layout is clean and navigation easy - this is very important. They also have features like bookmarking different filters and layouts. Some features like that are a little hidden, so make sure to read the help docs. The only thing I would like to see on Upbase is a whiteboard. Specifically, a whiteboard where we could arrange tasks visually.

It has a lag while editing a document and sometimes data gets lost during the time it syncs the UI with the backend. This alone is preventing me to use the app any longer but it's a great app overall

IMPOSSIBLE TO USE WITHOUT CSV TASKS IMPORT.
Quick Summary after an intense work with Upbase:
- Now in 2025 after almost 3 years without being able to import a single csv sheet(full of tasks) makes a migration to Upbase totally impossible. csv imports it's essential for multiple utilities like bringing high curated lists from other Ai or just importing lists from other programs to migrate.
- No custom field mapping to export csv correctly (vital for post analysis ''what can't be measured can't be improved'').

· USER EXPERIENCE:
- Excessive latency (up to 3/clicks to wait for response)
- Not possible to create recurring annual events, only ''tasks'' that then appear duplicated in Google Calendar and iCal (previously synchronized).
- Subtasks should be placed directly above and as close as possible to the name of the main task and not have to scroll so far down again and again when editing a task. Example: The app called ''Tasks'' exclusive for ios makes it very agile and comfortable.
- Subtasks are not possible to export with each main task.
- In monthly view by clicking to move to the next month, the characters are not fixed so you can easily lose the order and go back to ''Today'' In Google calendar this does not happen.
· CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
- humanly honest and usually punctual.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Don’t buy Upbase for your small business, or you’ll have to do everything manually. After talking to them, they said they don’t want to implement the CSV import feature, so if you use a good agent like Gemini or Grok to create an annual base task plan, you’ll never be able to import it into Upbase. I missed the refund window and lost my money; otherwise, I would just give it away.
