A: In community you have multiple groups, so if you are part of a particular group within that community then you can just mention the names of that group to send messages.
A: WBizTool supports sending messages to WhatsApp groups that your WhatsApp account is a member of. This includes personal and business groups.
To send a message to a group, you specify the group name in your API call or automation setup. If you send a message to a WhatsApp group with 100 members, it is counted as 1 message, not 100.
Do you have any wordpress plugin integration, which can help to notify the team about new orders and send customers thank you message? Even cart abandoned messages etc.
Looking for the Tier 3 if this can be supported or on road map.
A: Our users have been successfully connecting their WordPress flows to WBizTool using tools like Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or Make or Activepieces. We have integration with all of them
If I understood correctly, what I could do is scan the QR code of my account and connect it to a platform to be able to create automations, similar to how you would with an API, right?. If that’s the case, how safe is it to have my account active in another place, since this would also allow all my messages to be read? Thank you, it sounds very interesting
A: Hi! Yes, you understood it correctly — WBizTool lets you connect your own WhatsApp number (via QR code, just like WhatsApp Web), and then use it to send automated messages through integrations like Google Sheets, Zapier, or API.
Regarding safety and privacy:
WBizTool uses WhatsApp’s official multi-device protocol, the same one used by WhatsApp Web/Desktop.
A: Our Tier 3 Lifetime Deal (LTD) includes 5 WhatsApp accounts. If you require more accounts or higher message limits, you may consider one of our regular plans. Feel free to reach out to us at info@wbiztool.com—we’d be happy to understand your requirements and recommend
Q: Community Groups
Sorry to ask again, Anurag. But I did not understand the previous answer to my query.
I get that the solution supports personal and business groups messaging.
But I am asking specifically about the Community Groups, and your answer does not mention this.
When a click the + button (top right corner of WA app) the ‘New Chat’ window opens and I get 4 options:
1. New Group - I guess this is the one you are referring to.
2. New Contact
3. New Community
4. New broadcast
If I select option 3, a new community is created, and I can then create groups within the community.
Are these Community Groups supported?
One additional question: are broadcast groups (option 4) supported?

Broadcast list is not supported yet.

Q: Community Groups support
I read it supports groups but it is not clear if the support is for personal groups or community groups.
Does this solution support WA Community Groups?
If so, say I have a Community Group with 100 members, and I send a message to this group:
Is this counted as 1 message or as 100 messages?

Interested in knowing that do you plan to provide any agency plans after the LTD campaign?
