Q: I am looking to purchase this - trial is going great so far. I have a few questions before I buy:
1. Can I import an Excel/CSV file to set up my projects in Worklenz? 2. Is the client portal available yet? If not, is there a release date? 3. If I buy a lifetime deal of 15 users for $237, but want to upgrade to, say 20 users, later on (which is $316), can I pay the difference in these costs to do so?
In Worklenz 2 will you be able to send a single task as a url? Currently if I need to send someone to a task I have no way to send a url to show directly where it is like in Jira.
I sorely needed your product and did not know it. I went to your website and played with the free version and a moment and later came back and bought into this deal. Made two more projects and discovered, cannot easily move an original task to a new project, and also the help button says 'coming soon.' Please speak to those two things and looking forward to giving 5 tacos.

Currently, this feature is not available. However, as an alternative, you can create a task template or a project template for repetitive tasks. We have added this feature to our roadmap, and you may vote for it at the following link: https://worklenz.canny.io/public
2. Help Documentation: Our help documentation is in progress, and we are actively preparing both developer and user documentation. It will be available soon.

what do you mean by 5 team members, are they as administrators?
or assume I have a team of 10 members, can we all be in one project or not?
