Q: Modifying AI Responses

Sorry that I have to ask this again because I couldn't find the original question thread. I asked if AI responses could be modified. For example, a question is asked and the bot responds but the response needs to be tweaked. You indicated that there was an option for this but you need to turn on the setting "Allow bot learns to answer from conversations". I turned this on an I see if a bot has no answer at all - you can add the answer and import it but if the bot answers the question - I still find no way of being able to modify the response. How do I accomplish this?

Q: System Prompt

Hi,

Is there an option to change system prompt to tell it how to behave?
So far I'm only seeing to add training data but not system prompt.

A: Hello there! Yes, we do provide option to change the system prompt. You can go to Bots > Prompt & Models and submit your own prompts. Please note that using a custom prompt may affect how the bot responds.

Q: multiple bots to the same user

I understand that in the bot member role I can assign a bot and its settings to that user, but can I add multiple bots to that same user?

A: Hello, if you meant managing multiple bots (include modify bot's settings, edit knowledge bases) as a bot member, then it is not possible at the moment. Since CX Genie is still restricting the limit at one (1) bot per member to ensure system's stability. However, we will work toward expanding the chatbot limit for bot member in the future.
