We sell automation to local businesses to help them reach other business. The way we get businesses is by sending cold email is csuite directors and ceos etc... Our emails are verified. I currently use SendGrid and have NEVER been banned, we sent as much as 80k in a month.

Hello, MailerLite has different kind of widgets (html and js) to add to websites. Also they have a wordpress plugin that integrates with Contact Form 7 in order to subscribe people that select a specific checkbox.
Do you have this feature? (support for wordpress newsletter subscriptions and subscribe widgets)
