HI, we currently use Airtable and send out emails to our small community (sub 500) via the Gmail integration based on airtable automations. The info in the emails comes from the Airtable fields. Can we use Emailit instead of Gmail to include info from the Airtable fields? Does this operation require an experienced developer?
We are using Google Workspace and everywhere our developer is using GMAIL SMTP. Whats the usecase of using emailit ? Why shall we use emailit when we already have gmail SMTP working and running fine.
Q: How do I convince my niche to switch to Emailit?
I'm looking for advice on how to recommend Emailit to my audience of self-published authors, many of whom use Mautic or FluentCRM for their email marketing and typically send less than 100,000 emails per month.
They're used to the super affordable Amazon SES for sending newsletters—it only costs them $1 per 10,000 emails.
If I suggest they switch to Emailit, which charges $2 per 10,000 emails for those sending less than 100,000 emails a month, how can I convince them it's worth the extra cost?
What are the key benefits of Emailit that I should highlight to make the switch appealing?
Hi Just want to know if this software can be use in CICD tools like jenkins as i have an automation project that the result should be send via email to specific emails
What I mean is, you get full access to our API and SMTP servers. So if you want to extend them, or build on top of them ( like the limits you mentioned ) you can do that all by yourself.
You can sign up free and try it out on how it works.

As long as they support SMTP for sending you can use us to send the emails. It is pretty simple to setup.

Ah thank you.No Airtable doesn't have a direct SMTP for sending so would have to go through Zapier (or Make maybe)

Sure, that works too.

May 29, 2025A: Hi there,
Emailit is not an email inbox. We provide a platform to send emails via our SMTP or API.
That means that for example any wordpress website that needs to send sign up emails or lead forms, can use us.
You can also send email marketing campaigns and newsletters with us.

May 29, 2025A: Hi Stephen,
I would say that the biggest value from switching from Amazon SES to us is in our support.
We are always available on our discord and support@emailit.com to help anyone with setting us up, delivery optimizations and issues.
We are focused on providing the most user friendly platform, which from my experience, most other providers are not.

Q: How many private IPs can one purchase?
I saw in a question it is approx $300 yearly, but can you buy more than one?

May 27, 2025A: Hi there,
Sure, there is no limit.

That's great.
I also saw that you can't restrict emails being sent to a particular count?
I.e ip address one gets 25k
iP address 2 gets 50k etc
Or was that only for public ips that come with the package?

I am not sure what you mean.
When you get a dedicated IP its up to you how you use them and send with them.
Oh sorry.
I was reading that lets say you have 1M emails, you can limit how many emails a user could send.
Does that make more sense?

We give you full control over what you do. We do not provide any limits except rate limits to prevent spam.

So if you need to limit the usage you can make an API proxy that does that.
That's great, but is this proxy only for private IPs or non private IPs?
