Hello - I see that tier 1 does not have Capture. I'm unclear on what that means, as this (at least by the sound of it) would seem to be the essence of the product.....What cannot be done without this? Also, is it needed for screen recording?

All products are accessible starting from Tier 2 and above. All video recording features of Capture are also available in the Forms product. However, only Forms does not include customizable AI options.
Forms analyzes video responses with transcript, summary, keywords, and sentiment detection. Capture adds deeper analysis based on uploaded documents (e.g., manuals, error codes) and custom criteria.
Ideal for quickly understanding customer issues in electronics, e-commerce, and logistics.
